The future of global commercial real estate is changing. One way to manage this change is to sell office space in new ways. Microleasing is one of these methods.
Traditionally the office, floor, building, and campus are units of commercial real estate. Microleasing is the business of renting many small units, usually between 10 and 1,000 sq ft. Seats, desks, and small offices are the units of modern Microleasing.
Microleasing software can assist commercial real estate agents in leasing large amounts of small units of space to a large number of small and medium sized businesses and individuals. This software manages resources like space and time, sells these resources online, and helps predict future usage.
